And here is yesterday’s painting. This is my shade garden and the side gate on the other side of my house that I have not painted before. I lucked out with this one as it had been threatening to rain all day, and just before I finished the painting, the sun popped out and made some nice shadows on the fence and wall that finished off the painting nicely. Soon after I finished up and went inside, it finally did start to rain–I’m so glad I didn’t hold off on getting the painting done to see if the rain would pass first.
