Finally had a chance to sit down and do a little watercolour study yesterday. October was a bit too busy for me. I am still behind but I thought I would just post a little something to say I am still here. #yyclcl #yycart #yycartist #watercolour #paintingfromlife
Pen and ink sketch from our hotel window in Kelowna. We took a short trip to the Okanagan at the end of August and it was gloriously hot!
7am clouds with curtain. I'm not done with curtain paintings, it's just been a busy summer!
Back to painting after a very busy month. These are 7am and 9am cloud studies in watercolour from last Sunday morning.
Two of my paintings were selected for the juried plein air art show with the @comepaintalberta group at the @leightonartcentre!
South Facing Bedroon framed, cropped, and in progress in my cramped hallway. And this is the last painting (and the smallest painting) that is up in my art show at the Central Library until the end of August!
