I know, I know, another “old” painting. It was another crazy week. This was the first attempt at painting my grandma’s candy dish (see the second one I did here). My husband actually likes this one better. It still doesn’t feel quite finished to me but it was at the point where the paper was getting a bit too saturated with paint and the colour was a bit off—the dish is more of a teal blue although no one would have known that if I hadn’t just said that was the case.
